Re-group believes that every person and their family deserve support and success in reaching their goals. In order to empower change and success, Re-group will strive for excellence in providing quality, individualized mental health and substance abuse support services to clients and their families. These services will be provided with integrity while using a collaborative approach in the best interest of our clients.

Program Description

Re-group provides comprehensive assessment, treatment, and support services for clients and their families in a variety of community settings, providing hope and empowering change to restore healthy relationships and encourage success for all clients. Re-group staff members will provide evidence-based practices in the areas of screening, assessment, mental health therapies, substance abuse therapies, family support, peer support, and targeted case management.  In recognizing that treatment must be client-centered and involve the family and support systems in treatment decision-making, Re-group utilizes a variety of evidenced based interventions to build an individualized treatment program tailored to the unique client and family needs. The program uses a trauma informed and collaborative approach, combining family, community supports, and other providers to stabilize the clients’ behaviors and mental health symptoms. Frequency and intensity of services provided are based on on-going assessment and individualized client needs.

Re-group offers several outpatient treatment services which can be provided in-home, in-school, in-office and/or Telehealth including:
